Student accounts and identification

Each enrolled learner is expected to receive an individual student account and unique student identification number. Account activation and identity verification procedures will be established before launch.

Student communication

Planned communication tools include course announcements, instructor messages, academic notices and student discussion forums. Institutional student email is under consideration.

Academic support

Students will be able to seek help with lessons, technical exercises, assessments and course requirements through defined support channels.

Technical support

Technical assistance is planned for login problems, learning-platform access, supported lab environments and assignment uploads.

Student records and privacy

Academic records and personal information will require access controls, appropriate retention procedures and published privacy practices.
